Access the Commerce Sync Dashboard

Click on your Point of Sale below to access your Commerce Sync Dashboard that is specific to you:

You sign into the Commerce Sync Dashboard from your Point of Sale (POS) or Payment Solution. Click on your POS above and sign in with your email and password.

If you are already logged into your POS account follow these steps to access the Commerce Sync dashboard:

  • Clover - Double click on the Commerce Sync app from your Clover Home Page.
  • Square - Click on the Apps tab, then My Apps and then on the Commerce Sync app card click Launch.
  • Stripe - Click on your company name, then Account Settings. On the next screen click on the Connect tab (only Admins see this) and then click on Commerce Sync.

The Commerce Sync Dashboard is where you can update your settings and check for transfer errors.
